At 40 years old I was diagnosed with Coeliac desease and since then started trying new recipes and using new ingredients. After the initial difficulties a diagnosis like this brings, I decided to turn things around and open a blog where people like me could find inspiration and to prove you can give up gluten but still enjoy great food.
